How Clemmons Tree Service collects, uses, and protects the information you share when you call us, message us, or visit this site.
Last updated · May 28, 2026
Information we collect
We only collect the information we need to quote and complete tree work for you. That breaks down into three buckets.
Information you give us
- Contact details — first name, last name, email, and (optionally) phone number, submitted through our contact form or shared with us by phone, text, or email.
- Job details — the service you're asking about (removal, pruning, stump grinding, or emergency), property address or general location, number of trees, preferred time of day, situation description, risk level, and any photos you choose to send.
- Messages — the free-text content of anything you write to us in the form, by email, by text, or on Facebook.
Information collected automatically
When you visit www.clemmonstreeservice.com, our hosting provider logs standard request data — IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, and timestamps — to deliver pages reliably and to protect the site from abuse.
Information we do not collect
We don't use session-replay tools that record your screen, and we don't sell your information. We don't ask for and don't want your social security number, payment card data through this site, or other sensitive personal information. We do use privacy-respecting analytics and advertising-measurement tools, described in Analytics and advertising below.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us for one purpose: getting you a quote and getting the job done. Specifically:
- To call or email you back about a quote or scheduled job.
- To walk the property, prepare the work plan, and coordinate the crew.
- To send invoices, receipts, or insurance documentation.
- To follow up after a job — questions about cleanup, scheduling, or warranty.
- To comply with legal obligations or respond to lawful requests.
We will not email, text, or call you about offers you didn't ask for. We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.
Analytics and advertising
We use a small set of measurement tools to see how the site is used and whether our advertising is reaching the right people:
- Google Analytics — aggregate, largely anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, general location, and how you arrived) so we can improve the site.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — when we run Google Ads, this measures actions like calling us or sending the contact form after clicking an ad, so we know which ads actually help. It does not tell us who you are personally.
These tools set cookies and share limited data with Google, which processes it under Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on and manage ad personalization at My Ad Center.
How long we keep it
We keep contact and job records for as long as we have an active working relationship and afterward for as long as we may need them for tax, insurance, warranty, or legal purposes — typically up to seven years. Photos and notes specific to a completed job are kept on company devices and cloud storage.
You can ask us to delete your information at any time using the contact details below; we'll honor the request unless we're required to keep specific records by law.
Your choices and rights
You can, at any time:
- Ask what information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything that's wrong.
- Ask us to delete your information (subject to legal record-keeping requirements).
- Opt out of any future emails by replying "stop" or asking us directly.
To exercise any of these, call or email using the details at the bottom of this page. We'll respond within a reasonable time — usually within a few business days.
Third-party links
Our site links to outside pages — including our Facebook profile at facebook.com/ClemmonsTreeServiceLLC. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read them.
Children
Our services are intended for adults — homeowners, property managers, and business owners. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
How we protect information
We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (HTTPS), access controls, and trusted service providers — to protect your information against accidental loss or unauthorized access. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to keep risk low.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our practices change or when the law requires it. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be flagged on this page. Continued use of our site after a change means you accept the revised policy.
